Co-Owner of BookWise Publishing and of Chrisco Media Services since 1995, Karen has worked as a producer of television, radio and print advertising for 24 years. Through the years she has had the opportunity to work for many exceptional clients, however none as exceptional as Richard Paul Evans with whom she has been associated in business and as friends since the beginning. She has continued working with BookWise Publishing and WriteWise since its inception in the fall of 2007 coordinating the production—editing, design, and printing—for over 200 WriteWise authors and their books.

She’s enjoyed working for a variety of companies, including 5 years in-house for a travel agency, and 6 years with #1 New York Times bestselling author Richard Paul Evans as well as his non-profit organization, The Christmas Box International. She has built-up freelance clientele for the past 15 years with her company Eden Graphics and now freelances full-time for clients around the country from her home in Salt Lake City (inspired by a lake-side setting with an incredible view of the mountains!) She loves the creativity and variety that book design offers, and especially delights in getting to know so many authors. In 2009 William Morrow, a subsidiary publishing company of HarperCollins in New York, picked up one of her client’s books and kept much of the Fran’s original design for their national release.

Previously he worked in, around, and on printing presses since graduating high school. All told, it comes to some 35 years of hands on experience.
